Where can I get help?
Help is available during working hours with the Learning Hub Support Team.

For any technical queries or challenges experienced on the Learning Hub, complete the query form located on this page and one of the Learning Hub support team members will be in contact with you.
For all training related queries, please reach out to the Academy Team via email at academy@leza.co.za, or via the People and Culture chatbot.
For all training completed, you can download your certificates from the My Dashboard page. Certificates are located under the Courses menu item.
Navigate to the My Courses menu item from the navigation pane to access all your courses.
There could be many reasons, but the most probable reason is that you have simply forgotten your password, using the wrong password or you are entering your password incorrectly. Some other things to think about include:
- Check your username and password – note that passwords are case sensitive.
- You can get help with resetting your password on our Reset Password page.
